What the funk

Hep. Well the card got it's response I was hoping for. So let's talk about black foxes. We spotted one of them again this evening. They are all black with a white tip on the tail. I call em Funks. We've seen two of these funks around our hood. Sorry for the crappy google photo, as the funks are quick like ninja and only the skilled photographer like Tom Mussehl can capture such a creature on film. They disappear into the night guys.
So lets talk about a creature that CAN be captured on film. This lazy fat a@# gives you all day to take a shot. His name: Chester. His game: Effing with my stuff, sleeping & screaming. He is my new best friend. He has claws but only three teeth, and he'll gum you to death with those empty chomps. He's a fantasy fisherman, constantly swatting at my fish tank only to be rejected by a pane of glass. Foooool! After someone takes a shower he likes to pop his head in the bathroom and lick water off the walls. "Caaaaaaaaaaat!" I exclaim, but he will not acknowledge. He'll even climb in the damn toilet bowl if you don't shut the lid.

As of today, I am officially a blog-ger. We will see how well I actually keep up...
Let's start with new years resolutions shall we. I don't usually believe in them cause it seems stupid to wait till the next year to do something new or make a "self adjustment" that you've been procrastinating for years already. If you suck this year, you'll probably suck next year too... Right? Most of the time that's probably true. Well I made a few resolutions this year since that kind of thing comes to mind. For some reason, possibly an inherited trait, I fart all the GD time. So I told Kim that I will at least not do it in front of her. Also, I am going to get some type of freelance art work going. Even if it's just a couple projects it'll be enough to make those nice little write offs next tax season. And it'll bring back my creative mojo! Tomorrow is Kim's B-day & I spent a good chunk of my Sunday creating a card for her. So, we'll see if she gets the watery eyed response I am hoping for... or she will say, "Maaah, this isn't hallmark! Get out!!"
